We'll be asking some interesting questions in April; What is New Life in Jesus? What does it mean? What does it look like? If you'd like a Messy Church kit to take home just let us know how many in your family using the link below. Kits will be available for pick up during our Preschool / Learning Center hours on Friday, April 16 or you come by between 9:30am-11:30am Sunday, April 18. If you need to make other arrangements, let Mrs. Teresa know.
We continue to spread smiles and send cards through our Smile Project ministry. We have 55 names on our April recipient roster. If you'd like to be part of this effort, sign up for a card making kit that you'll pick up in a few weeks, decorate your card and send it on its way using the stamped, addressed envelope supplied. Let us know how many kits you need by using the link below.
Sunday, April 25 from 1pm-3pm. All are invited for a time of being outside and having fun. Bring a lunch to share as a family. It will be completely unstructured. I will have balls of all kinds. Children can go on the playground, or we can organize a kickball, basketball, or volleyball game. We are just going to have some good ole’ fashion fun on Sunday Funday!
Epworth is excited to offer several opportunities for fun, meaningful summer day camps for children. For more information on the camps below, please contact Teresa Gray, Director of Children and Family ministries. firstname.lastname@example.org
We have scheduled a week for day camp at Mount Shepherd - June 14-18. This week is for students K-6th grade (we've added 6th graders for those who missed out last summer). Day campers will meet at Epworth daily at 7am, head to Mount Shepherd on the church bus and return by 4pm each afternoon.
Cost is $150 for the week and includes all meals. Donations to cover fuel costs are much-appreciated.
